"Room was lovely, however housekeeping did not replenish tea and coffee or give us clean cups. The check in staff were pleasant, breakfast was excellent. We didn't visit the spa. The hotel is far out of town but has excellent transport links."

"Great property, poorly managed. Many gaps in service around parking, problem resolution, restaurant hours. No phones in a hotel room is a great indicator of lack of service. Every issue brought to the hotels attention was brushed off as either, “this isn’t the US” or just total dismissal."
