Bright and airy 3 bedroom home, less than 500 feet to shared/private beach! This home is in the desirable Fiddler's Green area in West Dennis with rights to shared/private beach. Relax and watch nature with views of the salt marsh in the master bedroom. The home offers french doors leading to a nice side deck for outdoor entertaining and relaxing on your vacation. Other amenities include enclosed outdoor shower, central air conditioning and smart tvs in Master bedroom and living room.

SPECIAL NOTE: Bathroom has a stand-up shower only- No bathtub

Perfect beach vacation
The house is clean, bright and airy. It is larger than the pictures would indicate, especially the living room. There was a continual breeze so we never used the a/c. The location is ideal - a short walk to West Dennis Beach and Old Wharf/Lower County restaurants. The sea marsh views from the deck were peaceful - that is what sold me on this house. The private beach at the end of the street - 2-minute walk (max) is beautiful as is the small Town beach next door which is also accessible. All in all, we had a great week!
