“Title: Absolute Nightmare - Health and Safety Hazards Review: I booked a "Deluxe" room, but what I walked into was uninhabitable and dangerous. Upon arrival, the door to our room was wide open, the TV was on, and the bed was messy. Most alarmingly, the room was completely missing its smoke detector/fire alarm, which is a major safety code violation. “Zues was absolutely amazing, we were booked to stay at another hotel and it was disgusting we switched to staybridge where zues even posted happy birthday for my fiance. Thank you for an amazing stay and very clean room.”

“Probably the best hotel in the area. Room was acceptable but could have been cleaner. Shower seemed like it had soap residue which was not ideal. A few hairs in the bathroom. I booked an accessible room and did not get one but it wasn't the end of the world. ”

“The room smelled really bad. There were two boxes of baking soda hidden on the floor behind the curtains to try to help with the smell I’m sure. The pool was disgusting which was very disappointing. The wifi was not working I ended up having to call the help number listed online to get IT to manually connect all of our devices after trying for hours. Mattresses felt like cardboard. Linens were clean. Not worth the price at all!”

“I was very pleased somewhat with the cleanness of the room. However, only place that annoyed me I noticed the television screen needed to be clean and the pictures on the wall. I also had an issue in the shower where the water actually floated from the floor of the shower underneath of the block scrip on the floor into the middle of the floor in the bathroom but a pipe was there in case of flooding. We had to put down towels to absorbed it.”

“Clean room, Staff was great, air conditioning was good, but the buffet style breakfast was lackluster. Could've been free. Seemed greedy to charge for what was offered. It was about $9 per person with only a few things to choose from. Fresh fruits, oatmeal, cereals, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage links. Things that are usually free in other hotels.”
