"Amazing location! Transportation on the bus from the airport was extremely easy and everything was walkable once I arrived. Customer service exceeded my expectations, room was small but the space was used so well, it felt like the perfect size."

"The location of hotel was great, all amenities, room was big and clean, great lighting in bathroom with the magnifying mirror. Lovely toiletries to use too. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and I can see why it is award winning. Lovely manager in breakfast room, a lady who helped us, wish I'd got her name but she was serving on 5th December in the morning and a special shout out to John who was on concierge, he was funny, friendly and gave us tips on Glasgow sightseeing and stored our cases twice for us. He was wonderful. Thanks to all for a fantastic stay. We loved Glasgow, the sights, food and friendly people. We will be back. "
