「We spent five days at the beginning of May 2026 in this condo and couldn’t ask for a better spot for our first trip to St. Thomas! Perfect location ..close to Red Hook for shops and the ferry. 「We very much enjoyed our stay at Coconut Coast. The villas are quite good sized, very close to the car ferry docks, and fairly easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. There was plenty of parking there, and generally we ended up parking there and walking to town, since parking in town was expensive and hard to find. The place has a well maintained pool, and free snorkel gear to borrow. We appreciated the fact that they allow us access to their laundry after 3:30pm too. That was...

「Our villa was ideally located such that we could easily walk into Cruz Bay to visit the National Park Visitor Center, shop, eat, sight see, and grab a shuttle to the beautiful St. John beaches! The villa was clean, well maintained and had a stunning view of Cruz Bay! The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. The villa complex was quiet and lovely. It truly was an ideal location for our St. John adventures! Highly recommended!!!」

「Great location property right next to Sapphire beach and a pizza place and a restaurant next door. As a newby, I was able you take the open top taxi ($10 if you are alone and $6 per person if more than 1 person), from behind the restaurant to Red Hook to get groceries. Just beware prices are are a little expensive because it's an island so don't get sticker shock.
