“The New Seabury resort is beautiful & has excellent customer service. The 4/5 stars is because the unit we stayed in needs some updating. However, the layout, cleanliness, & location is good.”

“Clear instructions and accurate description of the property. Perfect for a quick overnight! And loved the cats:)”

“Unfortunately, this was one of the most stressful vacation rental experiences we have had, and we have rented through VRBO many times. We arrived at 5:00 with a group of seven and did not have the code or instructions needed to enter the house. I had sent messages through VRBO and received no response. Thankfully, the owner eventually got back to me with the code, but standing there with seven people and not knowing whether we would even be able to get into the house was an incredibly stressful……

“Great place with kayaks and paddle boards, beach, close to Mashpee Commons. Host was great and place was clean and quaint.”

“My family and I had an amazing stay here and would definitely come back! The house was very clean, beautiful, and felt so cozy. It was the perfect place for our family and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were plenty of extra towels, and you can tell the hosts really put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable. Even though we didn’t have any young kids with us, we noticed they had lots of family-friendly extras like board games, a high chair, and other……

“The house was very convenient to the beach, Aldi’s, Walmart, and local restaurants & shops. I wasn’t sure how private it was being a guest house, but I never felt that we didn’t have privacy. Our dogs enjoyed the little fenced in yard. We appreciated the updated bathroom and kitchen. The weather was so pleasant a small outdoor area would have been nice, and we missed not having a washer & dryer and dishwasher, but overall it was clean and cozy. We would stay there again! We loved the Cape,……

“Sunsets were particularly beautiful at this home. The kitchen was well appointed. We had some struggles with the TV, but eventually figured it out. The location was good for access to Falmouth. The slope was of the driveway was a bit tricky and perhaps our only complaint. All in all, a very nice experience. Thank You.”

“The view was breathe taking and the space was small yet comforting. The little label reminders were very helpful. The suggestion for things to were great. Wish week had more time to try the different places. Was an overall amazing stay would stay again.”

“Great little place! We were traveling with our dogs, and this was exactly what we needed. Host was helpful and responded quickly when we had questions before our trip.”

“Everything was nicely set up. There was a smell weird smell when we first arrived but other then that wonderful.”
