「The air conditioning in our room did not work and even after maintenance was up to fix it, still no A/C. When I informed the desk staff upon check out she didn’t seem to care Also the refrigerator did not have a knob to adjust the coldness and we had to get someone to come and adjust the temperature. Needs some attention, not a property Hilton should be proud of…」

「The property was nice. The staff is nice, helpful Has nice amenities. And i'm sure other unit locations throughout the property have a much better experience. We arrived late night. Told they were fully booked & they gave us the last available. Our unit was comfortable & clean. However, the windows to the bedroom & the living room overlooked the public fire pit bbq area. The first night after a long flight, getting in around 10:30 pm, exhausted, we we couldn't sleep at 12:30 am with people...

「Beautiful immaculate rooms. Very nice clean breakfast area.」

「The staff was friendly. Breakfast was the usual hotel fare. The pool was so much fun. Our room was spacious, had plenty of space to lay out all our bags. And the bathroom sink counter large enough for all our stuff. Room seemed quiet, not a lot of noise coming through the walls. Some spots in room was less than perfectly clean.」
