"We had a wonderful stay in Brugge. Our room on the top floor offered a beautiful view of the Belfry, which made the experience all the more memorable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout our visit.
One thing to note—the hotel layout is a bit of a maze. Reaching our room required two different elevators and navigating a series of winding hallways. That said, it was more of a curiosity than a concern, and we had no real issues.
The location is excellent—just a short walk to the center of town—and the restaurant staff and breakfast were both outstanding. If you plan to use the hotel’s laundry service, be aware that it is quite expensive (around €20 for a polo shirt during our stay). Fortunately, there are local laundromats nearby that offer a more economical option.
Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to others."
