“Very nice place. My husband and our Bordoodle stayed four days. Nice cabin, nice fishing, nice cliff jumping, nice deck, even enough shallow water beach area for kids😀😁 Daisy 🌼 couldn’t get enough stick fetching off the rocks!”

We were thankful for the A/C unit, ceiling fan, comfy bed, mini fridge, microwave, and shower! The host was very considerate and accommodating! “Minutes from U of Ark and wonderful experience. Home was immaculate and exactly as described and represented in pictures. Beds were comfortable and having 2 baths is a game changer for the 3 of us. Had small issue with internet connection (our issue, not owner) and response that corrected our mistake was immediate! Highly recommend. Our only disappointment was we had to leave after 1 night!”

“We were in Arkansas for my daughter’s college graduation. We had grandparents with us and the house was very comfortable and we could all have our own space. We were able to come back after graduation and have dinner rather than going to a restaurant, which was really nice as well. Everyone enjoyed their stay!”

“Overall we were very pleased with our stay. It's a great location and the house is roomy and very comfortable. It was cold out so we were disappointed that we weren't notified that the fireplace wasn't working. We had a couple of issues during our stay that were addressed promptly and the maintenance gentleman is to be commended for his work and kindness.”

“I chose this property because of the lake access that is in the front yard. It has rocks you can jump off of into the lake or just sit back and fish. The house is newly renovated and comfy. And I bet if you come at the right time of year the drive in will be a mind blowing view. I got to meet the owner who lives near by and she is very nice. My only complaint is the property was not listed as smoking but the main bedroom had a very strong old smoke smell. I ended up purchasing candles to……

“We visited family who live in Fayetteville. We were close to their home and favorite restaurants.”

“Staff was very friendly. Liked the Arkansas Razorback theme. Premium priced hotel but felt kind of dated outside of decorations. Location is nice but it’s not walkable to the campus so you could stay at a nicer property and take an Uber or Lyft and it wouldn’t make much difference.”

“Definitely needs renovation. The standard for The term Suites usually means two areas and a kitchenette of some sort ”
