“Check. Check. Quiet and no light pollution. Good stay.”

“Upon arrival at 10pm after a long hot day’s drive, the check-in instructions were sent, key code worked, but there is an entire family and several days of their trash in our private booking. The property manager responded with “Looks like we double booked the stay with the other competitor hosting site. Have a good night. We have no where to go and no recourse. If we’d been cancelled on sooner we could have sought other solutions. They had all day to tell us/figure this out and it left us 3……

“The space was abundant for our needs and the owners were incredibly supportive and available to make our stay even better. The location of the rental is ideal (in a neighborhood near the interstate and a main drag). We shall continue to make use of this space in the future.”

“The hosts were very responsive, the property was quite comfortable and served our needs perfectly.”

“Host was responsive when we could not get in. But we found the floors very dirty all over the apt. We could not walk bare foot. We tried to sweep .Also one suggestion: mention should be made that the apt was on the third floor. We are in good shape but other seniors may not be and may not be able to navigate the stairs”

“The location was wonderful, and the apartment was clean and orderly. There was a bit of noise from the apartment above (footsteps traveled), so I'd recommend a sound machine. The host communicated frequently but not thoroughly and left some instructions out of the messages (such as the WiFi info, which I had to reach out and ask for). It would also be nice for the host to supply coffee filters for the coffee maker. These are small details but, otherwise, it was a great location and a fine place……

“Very nice apartment in a not-great part of town. Beautifully renovated and decorated. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. There are two steep flights of stairs to the apartment entrance, with a curvy part, and it may be difficult for older or physically impaired people. I was in town for a football weekend and this location was about 15 minutes drive to the Ravens stadium. Great for our purposes. Felt safe inside, and only minor city noises at night.”
