「only got a little window, very small room, seems no air got through, overpriced」

「I stayed here for a conference so the location was excellent. My booking stated deluxe room but it was just a large room; I thought breakfast was included but it wasn't. The mattress was saggy and the lighting was awful - tiny bedside lights or dim overhead lights - no table lamp for working. 「Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. 「Leider, sieht es nicht so aus wie auf dem Bild 😒. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber sehr hellhörig. Der Whirlpool ist super, die Sauna war leider etwas zu heiẞ, keine Einstellung möglich.」
