Good Stay - change your Breakfast title on adv

Clean Room, and the staff was pleasant. When looking for hotel it did say Full Breakfast instead of Continental Breakfast, but it wasn't a full breakfast as I call it.

Travelled to West Helena, AR for a funeral. Manager was awesome. Allowed an early check-in and provided amazing customer service for entire stay though short staffed.

We booked this room by default because other hotels in the Clarksdale, MS area were sold out, but we were very satisfied. The front desk staff were very nice, and happily gave us a late check out. Limited dining options (mostly fast food), but there was a little bakery a half mile down the road that was a great breakfast choice.

The room was clean and the renovation was nice, but we didn't have a remote for the tv and the phone didn't work. This was reported to the front desk after checking in, and again to housekeeping. Both said they'd get it taken care of,but nothingwas done. Luckily I didn't want to swim, because the pool still needs repairing. Not as advertised. Price wasn't bad for a weekend stay, but make sure everything works on a room (103), before handing the keys to someone.

City water problems caused low water pressure and no hot water for showers. First room at checkin didn’t have a working shower. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Better than expected!

The appearance of the building was concerning but it was overlooked due to the buildings age. Thankfully the inside was clean and up to par. The ac unit worked exceptionally well and moreover the staff was courteous and helpful. While the pool was closed, the continental breakfast was inviting. The only reason I didn't give the hotel 5 stars is because their continental breakfast was meatless thus prompting me to seek breakfast elsewhere. I look forward to utilizing their accommodations in the future. It's no Hilton or grandiose hotel but for the price, it was worth it especially being close to restaurants and shopping.

The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were organized very well but the maintenance was not good at all. Entrance door to the room, the lock was loose and one of the sinks in the room was broken. It was supposed to be a handicapped room but no removal shower head or grab bars so it wasnt really a handicapped room. The bathroom had mold everywhere. The TV remote was missing and the clerk at the desk had problems finding one that worked with batteries. Did have a nice entry and breakfast area. Housekeeping was great. It was hotel management that was bad.

We travel a lot, and try to get the best for the price. Quality Inn in West Helena did not meet our expectations. We had to move rooms because the light in the bathroom did not work. The pool was unsightly and out of order during the summer. The gym was out of order. There was no hot food option besides a waffle machine.
