“Spotless room, cooperative staff”

“The staff were courteous, friendly, and always willing to help, which made our stay pleasant. The property, however, is still under construction, and this was not mentioned in the listing. As a result, parking was quite inconvenient, and getting the car in and out was a hassle. The apartments are fairly compact, though they do include the basic amenities needed for a short stay. One highlight was the breakfast tray served in the room—it was convenient and thoughtfully presented. That said, the……

“This as a duplex, and the size of the lounge was large so it was great. Kitchen had no utensils at all, so luckily we borrowed from family we were visiting. Rooms were good, but the smaller twin room’s bathroom smelled of you left the fan on, otherwise it was ok. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Worth the stay spacious especially as there was 3 of us with 4 suitcases, 3 carry on’s plus hand luggage. ”

“We had one of the best experience in Merlot Suites! The rooms were so clean, nice with an amazing views. The pool was also so clean ! The hotel location is close to everywhere and quite the same time. The breakfast was tasty with variety in each day ! The staff were so kind and helpful more than any other place that we have been.. Thanks a-lot to everyone once again!”
