"Our stay at the Lalco Residency was very good. The staff were very kind and hospitable, the food was exceptional and the cleaners were amazing. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, and the theming was very homely. The pool was clean and surprisingly quiet, so you could swim your laps and have a good time. "Most everything was ok with a few exceptions. Water heater needs to be larger capacity. Front desk can be more responsive to customer needs. Certain amenities for drying clothes after using on-site washer needs to be provided to customer. Breakfast options should be provided to customer instead of whatever is on the menu for the day. English cable channels should be provided along with a list of available channels, it is too much work to go through channels and search for English language...
