Had my booking company called also and they refused. Horrible customer service they are only interested in the finance aspect not the humane feelings. "I love staying at the Taj, it feels like home but the standard rooms have become old and have a smell to them, they need to be renovated as the Club Room rooms are fantastic as is the service at the hotel and the food in the restaurants and at breakfast."
