“We had a lovely stay at the Swallow Loft. It is a very unique property perfectly close to Galway’s city center. Peggy was very responsive especially with the issue with the humidity level we were experiencing in the place. I think this place is best for 2 people as the bedroom/bathroom at the lower level smelled a little musty. The overall cleaning looked ok but not fresh.”

“Our family reunion of 6 stayed here for a week and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this amazing 450 year old Tower. We had meals and played games in the great room, viewed the sunsets from the rooftop ramparts and generally lived like the Royal family (minus the servants of course). It served as an unforgettable and spectacular setting for a long overdue reunion for our family. We would return in a heartbeat.”

I could feel myself relaxing the moment I stepped out of the car with the view, sounds of the waves and smell of the sea. While it’s remote, it is also very near to anything you would need. The house was immaculate, thoughtfully laid out and well stocked. Debbie was delightful and a joy! Next time, our stay will be longer!!”

“Very friendly hosts, house is large enough for a Family and utterly clean. All sights at Ireland‘s West Coast are easy to reach because it is close to the motorway. Shops and Restaurants are close by. The Hosts had lots of great tips! We will happily come back!”

“Sunnybank House is exactly as described. Highlights for our group of 18 family and relatives include: evening gatherings around the two peat-burining fireplaces with a variety of Irish Whiskeys; a very short walk to the pubs and restaraunts in Clifden, having a chef cook a delicious dinner in our own kitchen for all of us to enjoy, sightseeing all around Connemara; golf at the Connemara Links course just 15 minutes away; and wonderful pub visits out in the country...especially Paddy Coynes pub……

“We spent three nights here and really enjoyed our time. The apartment was clean and checking in and out was a breeze. The location is walkable to a lot of restaurants and is just a short walk to the Latin Quarter. There is also a small Tesco just up the street. But the killer feature of this place is the amazing view out across Galway Bay. Pictures don’t do it justice, it is spectacular. Thanks for a great stay!”

“Mary's house was perfect for us. The location, privacy, views all wonderful. The house was very well equipped for our 5 night stay, we lacked nothing. Such a peaceful spot within a short drive of Ballyvaughan and several restaurant options. If you are looking for a quiet spot near all the Burren has to offer, this is your place!”

“Coach House was beautiful property and walking distance to everything. Property managers were very responsive and kind. Being from the US there were a few things we had to figure out, like holding door handle up to lock the door and emptying out a water chamber in the dryer, but those were truly the only blips and that was just lack of knowledge on my part. This would be a great rental for families or couples. All bedrooms are upstairs so not handicap accessible. The huge tub in the upstairs……

“Das Hsus war sehr originell und trotzdem praktisch eingerichtet, mit einem sehr gemütlichen Wohnzimmer nicht nur mit TV, sondern auch mit Fulmen und DVD-Player. Das antike Radio im rosa Barockschlafzimmer funktionierte sogar. Die Küche war mit allen Maschinen ausgestattet. Es gab außer einem Kamin elektrische Heizkörper. Wir haben zns segr wogl gefühlt.”

“Wonderful location! The house is perfect for a family, group of friends, a few couples. Lots of space, everything you need, in a great neighborhood. We were able to walk to the market for our food and easily walk downtown for our fun. Zero complaints. Thanks for hosting us …we want to come back asap.”

“We had an enjoyable stay in the cottage. There is a lot of useful information material, but some information was outdated (WiFi password, name and number of the local manager, number of the proprietor). This made it difficult to contact manager or proprietor when we encountered a problem. Once contact was established, the problem was resolved smoothly. There is a nice 8 km walk starting from the cottage, the finest part of which is a stretch of coastline that is only accessible at low tide.……

“Lovely comfortable apartment. Bus outside if you wanted to travel in to Galway city but we really enjoyed the walking back and forward in to town along the promenade ”
