“Very clean and super communicative. Very easy and friendly check in and staff. Great location very walkable. Elevators were very slow and seemed to be always under some kind of maintenance. ”

“Property was nice and instructions for access were clear but: - they didn't clear under the bed and it was full of dust - although there was a coffee machine and grounds, there were no filters in the apartment - the air conditioning was too strong and although I messaged the number they shared no one responded for the full week I stayed.”

“Check-in was as described and very easy. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and large. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, large refrigerator, ice maker and all the necessary things. The washing machine (even with detergent) and dryer in the apartment in a separate room were very practical. As requested, we had an apartment on the 9th floor with a view of downtown. Thank you for that! In the evening we enjoyed the view of downtown from the balcony. Beautiful! The pool area is……

“We were in Austin with a few family members for our son’s UT graduation. This home was the perfect place to hang out between events. Awesome large backyard patio to hang out on with great views. Very serene and peaceful and quiet. The hostess Lisa was very responsive when we had questions. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in Austin. Thank you!”

“Bouldin village was an amazing place for us to stay during commencement weekend for the University of Texas. We had everything we wanted in a relaxed setting. Walking distance to south congress shops and an easy commute downtown.”

“We LOVED our time in Lago Vista! The home was perfect for our group, there were 10 of us and we had plenty of space to stretch out. The pool was amazing! Kitchen had everything we needed! Even with the water levels low in Lake Travis we were able to use the dock to tie off our 25ft boat. Lake was awesome, and we had a blast in the sunshine and Texas heat. Communication with the property manager was fabulous, she was so incredibly helpful and quick to reply and had solutions for us when we needed……

“Pretty cool place and quiet. I enjoyed how artistic the whole property was and everything in the room is “smart” and can be controlled by a iPad in the room. They have blackout blinds and a walk in shower which was great for me. One of the easiest checkouts I’ve had. Great price, but I would recommend this mostly for a couple or single person, the rooms are meant to house only two people at a time. The only downside is there is no parking designated for this hotel. You will need to find……
