“We stayed in this cozy home in Virocqua and really enjoyed it. Amy has done a great job of decorating and has added so many interesting pieces of art. It’s furnished with everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. I absolutely loved the claw foot soaking tub! What a luxury. We spent many hours on the deck enjoying such a peaceful setting. We came to enjoy the Saturday farm market just a few blocks away. We will definitely return to enjoy everything about this great little town……

“Love this place, this was our second stay here, it is cute, comfy and right downtown. So close to the Driftless Cafe which is worth the stop in Veroqua all by itself. Bed is super and everything is as described and I have little doubt that we will stay here again. So easy to recommend. ”

“The cabin was exactly as described, with photos that reflect the space. The property itself was beautiful and well cared for. Jake and Becky were very nice and responsive, though we didn’t have any issues during our stay. We enjoyed fishing, relaxing by the fire, making s’mores, exploring the grounds, making art, and browsing nearby shops. It was a great weekend!”

“Quiet and cozy cabin across the street from the Kickapoo River. Perfect size for two to take a quiet getaway for a time. Much to see in the Readstown and Viroqua area and Kickapoo Valley. Excellent hiking trails, restaurants/ bars and shopping within a short drive. LeAnne was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again in the future.”

“This was a very quaint, well kept little house, and it was perfect for our group and the best part was that it had a first class trout stream right in the backyard. And we actually caught a few fish. Loved this place and would like to go there again.”

“This property has it all for a comfortable weekend getaway. We enjoying walking the grounds, exploring the surrounding areas and biking the Sparta-Eloy trail. We found a cute pond to fish at the end of the drive and other ponds/lakes in the area to fish as well. We enjoyed sitting out on the covered porch and listening to the rain storms rolling in. We also got to catch an amazing sunset with nothing but rolling hills for miles. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had everything you……

“After a day on the road,it was so nice to get to this big, beautiful house! My kids enjoyed exploring all of the rooms and seeing what the owners brought back from their travels. Beds were comfortable and checking in/out was easy. If we were in the area, I would stay here again!”

“The house was in a great location. It was clean and well maintained. The backyard had a firepit and nice deck. Brian was attentive and in communication with me. My only complaint was having to bring our own bedding. That's not the most convenient for traveling. ”
