This magnificent, authentic private villa has some of the best views on the Mani Peninsula. As you approach Villa Leonidas, you will walk through the gate and along the hand-cut stone courtyard and become mesmerized by the castle-like archways and beautiful masonry.

Two custom gazebos are situated on either end of the infinity pool where you can rest, relax and unwind while facing the sea. This stunning outdoor patio is completed with porcelain tile and hand cut stone decking and several lounge chairs your comfort needs.

Like to cook? Our outdoor stone barbecue offers an amazing opportunity for you to dine in with family or friends.

A garden and other florals surround the villa adding to its beauty. Try some fresh limes or oranges from the citrus trees or some plumbs from our fruit trees!

Our main villa features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living space and renovated kitchen. On the main level you will find one bedroom with a queen size bed, personal en-suite and built in cabinetry. Upstairs is a second guest room equipped with a queen sized bed and access to a grand Terrace. Our master bedroom will tend for many intimate moments as you walk outside through the oversized glass sliding doors to a private terrace overlooking the village and the Sea. The room provides for ample clothing storage, a large seating area and 2 private Terraces with mountain and ocean views.

Our guesthouse is two levels featuring a kitchen, living area, pull-out sofa bed, bathroom and two spacious bedrooms. Additionally, you will find a lovely terrace off the second floor bedroom with mountain views.
