“The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. That said, in terms of value, the room does not justify it. The bed was creaking, toilet is really small (you can’t even open the the door fully without swiping……

“We loved our time on Maui. The Honua Kai Resort is wonderful, with a gorgeous golden sand beach! The condo is just perfect for a family. We spent our mornings and early evenings on the lanai. The mountain view is amazing. The sound of the water below the lanai was so soothing. On top of everything else the beds were as comfortable as most 5 star hotels. I could go on and on.
