「There weren’t not enough bath towels for everyone. Found a roach in the bathroom」

「Check in clearly states 2pm, got there at 430pm and was told that the room was not ready. Pool filled with gravel. 1 set of washer and dryer outside in front of the owners suite. 4 of us were staying and there were only 2 sets of towels. When we asked for more, the guy said "why?". Then gave us 1 extra set. They only service the room and switch out towels every 3 days. Breakfast is not a continental, it was a sacked breakfast (like a sack lunch). 「Check In was quick and easy and the Staff were absolutely awesome! I thought I was on a Cruise ship. Breakfast beats any Hotel Breakfasts I've ever had and I've had alot. Bar on site, 24 hr restaurant, great stay.」

「Everyone that we encountered from the front desk to the morning had an attitude made you feel put out if you asked them anything especially the lady that Che led me in finally I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes while I was trying to check in no one was there saw someone cleaning up the food area and walked over to ask if someone worked the front desk he said he would go find her when she finally came to the desk she didn’t apologize she said so you had to wait a few minutes to check in...
