The property and rooms were just as described and so much fun! The pictures really don't do it justice and just entering is jaw dropping. The game room was amazing, especially when the lights were off. We loved the common space for parents and the let the bridal party have the basement mostly. We are already thinking of gatherings we can have back here as……

I wish the decks had been swept, but the home was beautiful!! For a family of 10 and a 8 month old, it was a perfect gathering spot!! Other family came for a brunch before the wedding and we hosted 18 people easily!!! The hosts were so easy to work with and communicate with!!! We would stay here again!!!”

Riverfront, museums, grocery store, Bradley Park, dog trails - every time we googled directions, we were close to our destination. Lots of room to spread out in the house, beautiful grounds, nice beds, nice towels. We just had a great time staying at the Knoxville Retreat.”

“We made this a meeting point for family from Kansas and Michigan. The house was very nice and worked perfectly for the five of us. The Peoria Heights area was very nice and quiet. We took morning walks along the parkway which had beautiful views of the river along the way. Dimitri was very responsive and helpful as the host. The only issues for us were that the hot tub water really needed to be changed and the leaves were knee-deep in the driveway when we arrived. A crew did come to clear the……

Sitting on the private deck overlooking the trail was a highlight. Ashley was always quick to respond and super helpful. Would definitely come again.”

“We stayed on a very busy Memorial Day weekend. There was a wedding and ball teams there. The staff was excellent, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was hot and there was plenty of food. The hallways and elevator needed to be vacuumed. The pool room is great, but the hot tub is under repair. May 2024”
