不满意：清洁度
There were only two options on vrbo to choose from for our trip to West Plains. We specifically chose this one because it said it has two queen beds in one room. Upon arrival it had one twin and a bunk bed in the other room. I contacted the host. She was very rude & disrespectful. We had no option, so we made the most of it. Thankfully i brought my own msttress pad because the mattress had pee & blood, yes blood all over it. I have pictures, wish i could upload. I wouldn't stay here again if I was paid. Very unsafe neighborhood also. Man outside first thing in the morning in his underwear driving hard liquor. We wouldn't allow our kids outside without us.
