“The space is incredibly relaxing and peaceful. The deck looks directly into trees and provides an excellent opportunity to decompress. There are chickens and goats on the property that are free to roam. Though I enjoyed their company, expect the goats to keep you up at night if they end up liking you as they slept outside my door and got up to move around throughout the night which will interrupt your sleep as their feet and the deck create noise. “Second stay this year at this lovely property for Round Top Antiques Fair…quiet, peaceful, lovely in Spring with Bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrush…main cafe in town open at 0700 for breakfast (wonderful scones/coffee) …once in town there are many shops/restaurants within walking distance… short drive in the other direction gets you to the friendly vendors at Y Station….easy communication with host, Ashley…camper clean, spacious for two of us and check-in snacks provided…plan to stay here……

“Would not stay here again. We were granted an early check in only to have no water. We were hoping to freshen up before the concert we attended. Literally left the house without being able to rinse my hands after I soaped them up. I don’t feel like the properties are very well maintained. They finally moved us to another property in the evening after they couldn’t find a fix for the water situation. I didn’t like the communication of emails. “The cottage we rented was absolutely terrible! The bedding was stained upon our arrival, the porch was dirty, there are air gaps around the outside doors, so the cottage was full of mosquitoes.
