Bob always answered any questions in a timely manner and was available by phone if we needed. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood. We went for a long weekend and was able to walk to the park. Uber is readily available if you don't rent a car. We highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay here again in the future.”

“Diane and Michael were excellent hosts. While the spave is connected to there residence it is private and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful for evening walks. The space met ally needs with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space and area for games. I would definitely return”

“I am doing a remodel on my house and it had not started just yet. So I asked the Owners for some grace/flexibility because I would use every couple of months. They weren’t willing - they reserve the right but slow time in PDX - I know what I would have done.”

“Safe, cozy, and equipped with everything you'll need. Water filter available in fridge. The bed is quite large and comfortable. Great location. Tip: You may need to restart the chrome cast to access the Guest wifi, in order to cast Netflix. The bathroom shower curtain and floor tile could be replaced/ looked at. Communication could improve on the app, which is why I give this 4 stars. I did not hear from the hosts after confirming the trip and received Vrbo access information less than 24……

“I am a super host and am relatively picky when booking short term rentals. We came to Portland to help our son and his fiancée look for a new apartment as they are relocating to Portland. This property was in the perfect location!! So close to everything we were looking at. The neighborhood had amazing dining options, great coffee options, great quaint nightlife options, great grocery options. Walkability was fantastic! “The location of the rental was in a quiet neighborhood but close to many amenities. My spouse and I were in Oregon for a work trip combined with a house hunting trip. There were a number of downsides to the periphery personally - only 1 fan and an air purifier while it was 80+ degrees outside, a number of the lights either had burned out bulbs or no bulbs at all, and the washer did not work properly. “Visiting family for the holidays. This an upstairs apartment, well layed out, well furnished. Very comfortable. Loved the decor. Just wished the freestanding gas fireplace was working but it did have central heat so no problem. Would stay here again.”

“Clean place. Good to note the train track is on one end & the planes from PDX fly straight over. With that typed, it was fun watching the trains! The sound did not get in the way of our sleep in the nice cozy bed. Nice little snacks & bottled water was a lovely touch! “My mom and I escaped to McMinnville for wine tasting and relaxation in May and I this was a perfect location! Close enough to town that wine tour guide would pick us up at the door, but far enough that we enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the area. We enjoyed a lovely walk around the flower farm during a break in the rain. The large fridge and comfortable king beds were perfect for two adults on a mission to eat and drink our fill! We didn’t have the weather to enjoy the outdoor amenities, but……

“The upper floors of the house were very comfortable and convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The house was well appointed overall and the beds were comfortable. We were on the tail end of a spring break vacation with our grandchildren who live in Portland and our stay at Irvington House put the icing on the cake. Portland in the Springtime is not to be missed. We look forward to coming back!”
