Spacious and immaculate house! Very well equipped kitchen! They thought of everything— the tent and the wagon and all the kids beach toys were all appreciated too. The beautiful endless beach was only a 5 minute walk away. Perfect family vacation spot!

Very Nice House

The house was wonderful. It suited our needs just perfectly. The pictures are very accurate. Where it fell short is that some of the things listed were not in working order. When we arrived the back glass door handle was broken and we could never lock the house completely. Also the hot tub was dirty and the water was half gone. Also the dishwasher was nearly falling out. The property manager was extremely responsive and our issues were addressed promptly. This was very much appreciated. My family loved the location and the house and we would definitely stay there again despite our issues.

The location was a perfect size to accommodate the group. The quality of accommodations amenities and spacious kitchen was top of the line. The from the property manager was excellent. They were able to address each of our needs and answer any questions to make the stay memorable. I would recommend this location to anyone in the future.

Beautiful house for PEI visit

We had a wonderful visit and loved the beautiful touches on this house. They had everything we needed for the beach which was extremely helpful. We also used the gates provided as we had our 1 year old with us. The movie room was a big hit with the kids and we all enjoyed nights by the fire and hot tub. Thanks for having us!

A perfect family vacation at Alley Lane

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the property. A couple of minor items were immediately addressed by the property manager - excellent communication and response. Location is spectacular, and the property was simply exceptional for our three generation family vacation. Without question, the property has left a lasting impression as an outstanding home base to our PEI holiday. Five stars all the way!

Beautiful home on a quiet and wonderful location

A beautiful place, comfy and so well equipped. A nice place for a family vacation: beautiful sandy beach, warm weather and water, lots of amenities. Everything you could expect… and lots of extras.

Great family beach holiday

We gathered for an extended family get together. The location was close to a beautiful beach, about a ten minute walk. A wagon was available and we also brought one - perfect for transporting little ones and gear to the beach. There was plenty of room in the house for sleeping and gathering. The house is nicely furnished and well equipped, it was a bonus to have children toys and games. It is not far to drive for groceries and supplies, visit Greenwich National Park and St. Peters. A wonderful spot to reconnect with family!

Beautiful home

Our family (6 adults and 2 children) stayed here for a week for a family vacation. We had a wonderful time. The house was spacious for all of us. It was very close to the beach and golf courses, Charlottetown, and different activities we did. I would suggest the property owner spray for earwigs and put a dehumidifier in the lower bedrooms as our clothes and bedding felt damp The children really enjoyed the hot tub The home was very nicely decorated The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. Lots of bath towels and washcloths and beach towels for us all

Amazing Home - Better Than Advertised

This home was simply perfect for any size family or a just a couple looking to get away. The style, layout and finishes of the home were perfect, the beds were extremely comfortable. Walking distance to one of the best beaches in PEI, a 2 min drive to Crowbush golf course and not too far from the airport. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this home and from these owners again.

Lakeside Luxury

Our families from N.S. And N.B. always get together to play golf on the Victoria Day weekend. We chose your beautiful place this year and it was indeed very luxurius! Everything was high quality. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The hot tub was well used after golf each night. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with high quality appliances. The only thing lacking was the bbq brush ( couldn’t find it anywhere) we bought one and enjoyed our meal that evening. It so nice to have the wonderful long island and table to enjoy our meals together. The huge couch was so inviting! Many post golfing naps were enjoyed there.The short walk to the Lakeside Beach was easy, however, the struggle to walk up and down the dunes were a challenge for old knees! Hopefully the stairs will be replaced by next summer ( they were destroyed by Hurricane Fiona a year and a half ago.) Over all, our visit was a wonderful and we would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a top quality home with everything you’ll ever need!

Amazing fall stay

This home was so cozy for our fall family getaway. We couldn’t have been more comfortable with the sound proof kids bedrooms upstairs and the games room/ indoor hot tub - everyone had a blast. We walked to the beach at least twice daily, it’s so close and convenient. Our son had a blast in the sand for hours ! We loved enjoying the outdoor fire pit and on our rainy afternoon cozied up in the bonus room with a movie. All in all highly recommend this for any season- we will be back for sure.

Beautiful stay in PEI!

If you have a vacation planned for PEI, this is a MUST STAY location! Steps from the most beautiful beach & golf course. We stayed with my family and some- they have everything you need for children- high chair, utensils, etc. They truly have thought of everything you may need. I have recommended this location to all of our friends. One of the most beautiful spots to stay on the island!

Perfect family escape

This trip was the first time we have travelled as a family of four, so we were nervous about all the many things involved with packing for small children. I was so relieved to know that the hosts had thought of everything - pack and play, high chair, beach towels, beach chairs, wagon, etc. The house is gorgeous and so spacious! My husband wishes we actually lived there :) And best part is that it is so close to the beach! The local grocery story is also only an 8 minute drive away. Highly recommend!

The most beautiful place you could ever stay

I will not stop thinking about Alley Lane until we go back. This place was spectacular! The hosts have thought of every little detail to make it the perfect stay. We felt so cozy and at home here. Not to mention the quality of everything. After our stay I even msged the host to find out where the towels and bedding were from. It was such an incredibly luxurious stay so close to one of PEI’s best beaches. We will absolutely be back.

The PERFECT Beach House

We had a fabulous stay at Alley Lane last week. The location was wonderful, just steps to the nicest beach on PEI. It is such a high end rental, and no corners were cut. The kitchen was GORGEOUS and fully stocked with everything we needed, everything top of the line. The hot tub room was a special touch where we spent lots of our time and our kids loved the upstairs TV room with an 80” tv and sofa bed for the whole family! The beds were so comfortable and spacious! The perfect space for a large group, it would have comfortably held 10-14! Thanks for having us! We would recommend this haven to anyone!!

Beautiful Property with one of the best beaches on PEI

The property has everything you could possibly want including beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels. All bedrooms and main area are air conditioned and I just love the color themes for each bedroom. The main bedroom on the main floor also has a Peleton bike and a yoga mat for those that still want to get a workout in. The bonus room upstairs has a fabulous 80” TV with sofa pit that holds 3 twin size mattresses. So comfy! There is a screened in 3 season room that houses a hot tub, seating area, table and chairs as well as a separate fridge for all those beverages. The deck is lovely with a privacy fence and couch, 4 chairs plus coffee table and nice sized bbq. There is an outdoor fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs and it’s so nice to sit out in the evening, looking at the stars and enjoying the fire. Toasting a few marshmallows is always in order. The kitchen is spectacular with concrete countertops, high end appliances and any gadget you can think of. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to feel at home in luxury.

Family Trip to our favourite beachside community

This was truly a magical stay. With 3 of the bedrooms having king beds, no adults felt like they drew the short end of the stick, and the kids absolutely loved the double double bunk beds. It unfortunately rained a few days while we were there, but the bonus room with the gigantic sofa pit and 80” TV was a nice place for a rainy day movie, and we thoroughly enjoyed the screened in room with the hot tub. The kitchen was my dream kitchen, and everyone could gather around. Walkable to the beach, and to Crowbush golf course (through Andersen Lane) was a treat and gave us variation. I will be back, but maybe next time for a girls trip!
