"We stayed for our student club's fall retreat. We were blown away with how beautiful the property and its surroundings were. The space was aqeduate for all of our needs and it was close enough to a hiking trail that we were able to take a day and go. This is a space we hope to return to in the future. Everyone left rested and joyful. We highly recommend this space if youre looking for a Fall getaway."

"The house is located off Woodland valley stream and has a nice outdoor area to sit by the fire and enjoy nature. The home is over 100 years old and although it is updated it still retains its old world charm."

"Property was absolutely gorgeous quiet, staff was accommodating. Our room was perfect with the Mountain View and tub. The restaurant had a very small menu and food was not that great. We had to order 2 appetizers and 5 dinners just get to full. Overall satisfied. "

"This property completely met our needs. We were attending a 3-day family event, so we didn't do much cooking & I can't speak to activities in the area. As mentioned in another review, the property has a lot of levels (up or down 1-2 steps) in the main living area, but that was not an issue for us."

"The lodge was amazing. The rooms were huge and very very spacious, including the bathrooms. Extremely clean and the mattress and pillows were the most comfortable ones I’ve ever come across in a hotel room. The staff was very friendly and warm. Unfortunately they were shutting down for business and I was apparently the last guest to checkout! I wish they’d keep it running. I’d go back to the catskills just to stay there!"

"Comments on both good and bad. There were icy spots on the walkway to our room which could have caused a serious fall. The bathroom was warm and appeared upgraded But the water pressure in the shower was very weak. Bath towels were small. My biggest complaint was the TV was OLD school. A small flat screen would have been nice. Lighting in the room was weak. The room was very warm. A very nice breakfast."

"This was something like our fourth stay in the cabin, and we continue to absolutely love it. Clean, comfy, cozy, aesthetically pleasing (Catskills + art), great kitchen equipment, really thoughtful and available property manager and hosts. Our little dog comes with me and my five-year-old daughter, and we're grateful she can -- and that the place doesn't scream "dog-friendly." "Spent two nights and wanted a place where we could easily bike into town and got exactly that! The sound of the creek outside was so relaxing, accommodations were clean and comfy. Definitely would return!"
