西聖保羅共管公寓

「Large space and right beside a grocery store and restaurant and coffee shop. Easy walk downtown.」

「nice secure building - comfortable」

「Nothing Luxury About This Place – Don’t Be Fooled! I booked three nights expecting the advertised “luxury” condo. I’ve stayed in two-star hotels that were cleaner, more comfortable and better maintained. The apartment was filthy. A wet wipe across the kitchen counter came away covered in dirt and food residue. Baseboards, window sills and door tracks were disgusting, dust balls were everywhere, and the rug was so matted it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. The balcony was...

「Very nice condo near dozens of restaurants and shopping. Short ride to downtown. Uber is fast and cheap in Winnipeg. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped,, The master bed was very nice (we did not use the 2nd bed). The host was amazing. Called before check in. Responded to any question.」

「I had a wonderful stay in a beautiful condo. It is located in the downtown area. The condo had all the conveniences, fully operating kitchen, dishwasher clothes washer and dryer, living area, bedroom and bathroom. Close to a store with groceries and walkable to keys spots in Winnipeg. Parking is not included, but there is a parking facility next to the condo. The host was excellent and provided help when needed immediately. Fully recommended.」

「The apartment, especially the kitchen, was very well stocked for a rental and most of the neighbors we met were very kind. The living space was comfortable, except for the window air conditioning unit blowing directly onto the couch. However, we would not stay here again. Areas nearby seem okay but we didn’t feel safe going outside after dark because if the area right around the building. The listing is inaccurate as we were told the day of check in that check in was 6:00pm (4:00pm was on the...

「Was a great place to stay didn’t like the fact there was no bedroom door and only other down fall no parking except on street and usually spots in front were taken. But was a great location to where we needed to be.」

「In a great location. Across the street from the Royal Manitoba Theatre and a very short walk to the museum. Easy walk to the Museum of Human Rights and The Forks. There are lots of interesting century and older buildings in the Exchange Distict converted to residential spaces.」

「Gorgeous place! Had everything we needed! Look forward to staying here on our next visit.」

「Great location. Nice condo. Great stay. 」

「Great spot and attentive host!!」

「I rented this accommodation for a month and a few days while I was in Winnipeg for work as a contractor. Wil, the owner, was very friendly and super accommodating to any needs I may have! The apartment was stocked with all the items you might need if you were living at home right down to a weighing scale in the bathroom, lol. - which was great, cause I like to keep a careful eye on any unanticipated weight gain.I will definitely contact Wil again for lodging if I am located in that vicinity for...
