「This home is very well appointed with comfortable furnishings to the kitchen setup. We had everything we needed for our stay and Paige the owner was very responsive to my questions. If there is a downside to the house, it’s the driveway for me. It’s extremely steep and just a little intimidating driving down it. Not a lot of parking either so prepare for this if you are bringing a large crowd. This isn’t a real “negative” but just something to think about. 」

Drinking our coffee in the morning on the boat dock, watching the sun rise and the fish jump was a wonderful way to start the day. Great location between Greenville and Atlanta with easy access to the upcountry. Peter was very prompt with communications and very accommodating with check-in and check-out times. We would highly recommend his cottage on the lake!」

「Wonderful! Our family consists of ages 10 to 77, and this home had something for everyone. The kiddos loved the dock and water toys, the young adults enjoyed the reliable internet, and we elders just chilled on the fabulous screened porch overlooking the lake. 「We had a great stay at the lake! Location was beautiful and nice to have access to the dock and kayaks. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the outside fire ring one evening. Being able to bring our pets was a plus too!」

「It was just as pictured and even had beautifully manicured grounds. The house was fresh and new feeling. Thoroughly stocked kitchen and bathrooms with much appreciated little extras that we might have not thought to bring. Coffee was delicious! We rented pontoon boats just up the road and boarded at the park. Very convenient and a park pass was at the house for us. Everything was easy and so nice. Ample parking at the house for our 4 large vehicles and a boat& trailer. We'll be back!!! 」

「The cabin is in a very private area. Great place to relax. At the end of a cove so very safe to play in the water. No boats flying by. The provided paddleboards and kayaks were perfect. Definitely a house we will be renting again very soon」

「Great location. Very Clean. I would say the only thing that I would add to this rental is in the bedroom with the twin beds I would add a folding luggage rack and in the kitchen a Keurig which most people use these days. Other than that I give it a great recommendation.」
