“My fiancé and i had a wonderful time here. right in the heart of Berkley Springs, is is convenient to shopping, galleries and the famous hot springs. Tom was a 5-star host! He greeted us at the door, guided us to room and couldn't have been nicer, more friendly or professional. We both felt like family here. “This little farmhouse provided all the charm and warmth needed for our weekend stay. We were in for a family wedding and loved this choice for something different! The linens, beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom provided cozy towels, soap and shampoo necessities. The farmhouse was historically old and but inviting. “It was easy to check in! The suite was very clean and quiet. We slept well. In the morning, we enjoyed our conversation with Katie while we ate a hearty breakfast. Katie was both friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the house and the surrounding area. A good experience, over all.”

“The Carriage House was clean and comfortable. It was also very conveniently located. We really liked that we could walk to pretty much everywhere including the Appalachian Trail Conservancy and the Appalachian trail. Harpers Ferry was a great place to hang out for a couple of days.”

“The property is beautiful.I can only imagine how nice it will be after the renovations are complete. Lovely porch to sit on and watch the rain. Lovely private bath with beautiful clawfoot tub. I met my cousin here. It was half way between Pittsburgh and DC. We picked a bad few days, in that everything is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. That gave us a lot of quiet time to relax”
