Set within the coveted Great Island Ocean Club - with pristine powder-white private beach, and concierge-maintained grounds, this is a true Cape Cod gem:

* beach is 200ft from home
* shallow, calm ocean sheltered by the Nantucket Sound is ideal for swimming
* heated pool with a life guard (July-Aug)
* two tennis courts and a children's playground
* family friendly, designed for those who value both privacy and community

The heart of the home is a light filled, open concept space where the living room, kitchen and deck flow together seamlessly. A charcoal grill and traditional lobster pot invite you to savor Cape's iconic flavors. Guests can choose to dine outdoors on the deck where a table comfortably seats (6), or inside at the dining table also seating (6), bathed in natural light. Gather in the living room around the wood burning fireplace, where plush seating and exposed wooden beams create an inviting space to enjoy.

This renovated home has (3) bedrooms appointed with new mattresses, cotton bed linens, to accommodate 6 guests.

While discretely tucked away, it is minutes from Hyannis Harbor and the boutiques and bistros of Main Street. It offers effortless access to island ferries, golf and the storied charm of Cape Cod's villages.

Boston, and Gillette Stadium are equidistant, about 75mi away for numerous cultural and sporting events.

What a fantastic location for a week on the Cape! This property is situated in a pristine gated community literally steps from the most beautiful Nantucket Sound beach I’ve ever seen. The house was big, bright, and stocked with all sorts of beach activities and necessities including a very fun paddle board. The short walk to and from the beach made it the perfect place for the 3 generations staying with us. The house itself was clean and large with peek a boo views of the water fromThe second story balconies. However, for a luxury type rental it was lacking in some amenities. Specifically, there was no gas grill (though an older charcoal grill was onsite), no microwave (we actually bought one), and only an older small toaster oven. The living space was comfortable but could benefit from additional seating. The outdoor shower could use an upgrade. Overall, we had a wonderful week’s stay and would return.
