This is a very convenient motel located just 10 minutes to all the shops and restaurants on Main Street in Hyannis. The front desk attendant was friendly and the room was clean, with a mini-fridge and microwave. There was a great coffee shop close by and the pool actually looked nice (although we didn’t use it).

Great find for the money in West Yarmouth. Convenient location. Clean and worked for our overnight stay. Close enough to walk to for breakfast a few doors down. And has a pool but no pool lights for at night.

Beds were very comfortable and clean. Shampoo and conditioner and ample soap provided. Coffee provided, and hair dryer. No closets, just a clothes rack. TV was a good size. Under rubber bath mat in tub, I saw some hairs. People next to me had extremely loud music with a string beat every few seconds from 10:30 pm to 12:30 am. Place should be monitored for that.

Very conveniently located. Lots of restaurants close by. Room is all we need for one night. Could use a bedside lamp or some sort of alternative lighting. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable bed, cute decor. Bathroom needs a remodel, as the toilet was wobbly and caulking on the bathtub need to be redone. Coffee maker did not work. Fridge and microwave worked fine, and there is a pool and ice machine on property. There's a pool too, although we didn't swim.

I have been coming to the Cape every year for the last 3 years, and I have stayed at quite a few different places from Bourne to Yarmouth. This location was by far the best! The staff were easily accessible and available, they were attentive, kind and personable- which is so important in this business! My reservations were made separately, the first night booked in less than 24 hours from check-in, due to last minute itinerary changes. Once the first night was over, I had asked if I needed to check-out and then check back in for the second booking, and they did it for me and didn't even change the room! Very professional and seamless! The room was spotless, and very well maintained. I loved the decor! Its location in proximity to other amenities was fantastic. I will definitely be returning!

Room was very clean and spacious. However, we had a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. We were in a hurry to go sightseeing after we checked in, and didn't get back until late evening. When we came back, we tried to set up the sofa bed, but it appeared to be broken, and no linens provided. Luckily, I had a pillow and sleeping bag with me to use on the couch part. It was too late to see if manager could help.

The bed was comfortable but bath tub was missing closer so couldn’t take bath and bottom of tub needs to scrub with Clorox to deep clean because of stains. Everything was minimum as possible, I could get a place with free breakfast and pool with same price, Indian owner….
