Welcome to Arrowhead Properties, your Yellowstone retreat. Unit 7 is a spacious guest room featuring two queen beds, an electric fireplace and a Jacuzzi-brand jetted bathtub. Uniquely designed with two private toilet rooms to make busy mornings easier for families and groups, Unit 7 comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults.
Unlike a typical hotel room, this guest room combines hotel-style convenience with access to a fully equipped guest kitchen just steps from your door. The guest kitchen provides everything needed to prepare and enjoy anything, from a quick breakfast before heading into Yellowstone to a full dinner after a day of exploring.
Your guest room includes an oversized mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen Smart TV with DirecTV, a work desk and air conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable while planning tomorrow’s adventures.
Our complimentary guest laundry room is also conveniently located nearby for use throughout your stay.
Arrowhead Properties is locally owned and operated, with an on-site resident property manager available to assist guests throughout their stay. Confirmed guests receive direct contact information for both the property manager and owner, ensuring responsive, personalized service whenever needed.
Traveling with family or friends? Unit 7 adjoins the nearly identical Unit 6, making it easy to reserve both rooms together while still enjoying the privacy of separate accommodations. Or if you prefer a vacation rental with a private kitchen, Arrowhead Properties also offers multiple condominiums on the same property, featuring similar décor, amenities, and high standards of comfort.
Located on the ground floor, Unit 7 offers convenient exterior access and nearby parking, making unloading luggage quick and easy. Additional thoughtful touches include a spacious six-foot vanity with a lighted makeup mirror, comfortable seating, and a window daybed that’s perfect for reading, relaxing, extra luggage space, or sleeping space for a child. Additional conveniences include hair dryers, umbrellas, irons, ironing boards, and boot dryers. Highchairs and Pack `n Plays are available upon request.
Bed linens are provided, including extra linens and pillows for additional sleeping spaces. Bathroom linens are also provided, along with starter personal care items including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion.
Guests are welcome to enjoy shared amenities throughout the property including outdoor seating and dining area, propane BBQ grill as well as our cozy indoor common space with full kitchen, dining areas, TV and fireplace. The guest kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware, appliances, coffee makers, & coffee. Starter supplies including cleaning products, paper towels, soaps, and garbage bags are also provided. Because the property’s other seven vacation rentals each have private kitchens, the guest kitchen is typically shared only by guests staying in Units 6 and 7, offering the convenience of a full kitchen in a quiet, uncrowded setting.
We are proud of our exceptionally high cleaning and disinfecting standards. We understand the difference between cleaning and disinfecting, and this two-step process has long been part of our everyday procedures. Following each departure, our properties are thoroughly cleaned and then separately disinfected using an EPA-registered disinfectant that meets CDC criteria for common pathogens.
