「Ideal central yet quiet location. The property was described accurately and was adequately equipped. Plenty of spotless linen provided and starter packs of beverages. It was exactly what we needed- I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone needing comfortable overnight/weekend/business accommodation. 」

「I had a nightmare experience here. The property is unsanitary and dangerous. My son, who has asthma, went into medical distress due to thick dust, clogged ventilation, and mold on the bedding. The place was filthy: hair on the sheets, a dirty oven, a rusted toaster, and exposed plumbing. When I reported these legitimate safety hazards, the owner/manager confronted me and my young child in person during checkout. He was aggressive and intimidating, threatening me with 'trespassing' and...

「Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. 」

「Greeted by a pleasant stain member. Flat was clean. Secure parking is a plus. Things could be improved if they had the following, welcome pack giving WiFi details etc, better equipped kitchen I.e tea towel, bin and more crockery, bathroom could do with bath mat and bedroom could do with bedside cabinet with bedside lamp 」
