"The room need a renovation but it was clean. The service is ok. Much better at their restaurant. The check in is very bad organised and the staff is unfriendly. We arrived after a 8hour car drive with kids, they did not even offer a glass of water and there is no check in point or space really. There was some misunderstanding by their side on the payment upon check out, it took us 30 minutes to solve. Honestly, I was quite disappointed by their unfriendliness overall. "Marlies and her husband served us a special and beautiful breakfast buffet. The peace and quiet of their hotel and surrounding felt amazing! We needed a last moment stay and chose Hotel Lucia. We arrived late and there was a nice vending machine available where you could choose dryed sausages and even a variety of beer an wine!! We were pleased with our room and especially with the thoughtful service from the owners."

"We had a fantastic stay at Alpenstern. The environment was beautiful and the service, food and facilities like wise. They made us feel at home and taken care of! Family friendly but still calm and relaxing. We will definitely come back! "
