“Like : Convenient Location adjacent to downtown Hastings. Lots of parking space. Spacious room and bathroom to fit a family's requirement. All furniture and fixtures are very clean.
Unlike : My room number is 20, closest to the Omahu road, and the traffic noise badly disturbed my sleep. Strongly suggest to avoid this room.”

“Room 12 was clean when we first checked in, but there wasn't any daily cleaning after that for the next couple of days we there. Also, if you're in room 12 or 12a don't expect to have your car parked outside your room. Staff members keep parking in 12 and 12a parking spots when you're out and about. We had to park our car four to five spots away from our room, be more convenient especially when you have luggage.”Metuangaro (METZ)

“Basic but functional. Lots of minor issues (a latch missing on the window, screws missing in places, VERY worn towels, etc) but the room was clean and I felt safe there.”Alex

“Disappointing Experience
I stayed here for one week in the dormitory, and honestly, it wasn’t a good experience. On the very first day, I requested a refund because of the condition of the accommodation, but unfortunately my request was refused.
The rooms were quite messy and overcrowded, with very little space to move around comfortably. Some of the bathroom doors were also not working properly, which I honestly didn’t expect.
The kitchen has a good amount of space, but cleanliness was an……Manish

“We had a great time in the hotel. the rooms are big and clean. we also get a lots of TV channel to watch. people there are SUPER kind and helpful as we called in to say we'll arrive late around 10pm and the person waited us to give us a warm welcome. Enjoy the stay which is also close to the sea. Great place and will definitely go back.”Isabel

“It is a modern functional building in a low-rise mall.
Rooms are well-furnished and appointed.
The hotel outsources all F&B including breakfast to local businesses. Quite unusual, but it works pretty well as they are all next door
The front desk staff could not have been more helpful with winery, restaurant and transport advice and bookings.”
