“This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. My favourite thing about this place is the staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful and the care about your stay. “Cozy, comfortable, great location. We had the room with the private bathroom, it was clean and stocked with hand soap, body wash/shampoo. We checked in with Francisco and he was amazing. Very informative, super friendly, and more helpful than we expected. We only really interacted with him, not so much the other staff. "Room was super clean and designed well. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Warm water came quick. There was a water machine at the public space for free to use. The hotel is at a walkable distance from the old city centre. 25 min walk from Plaza de Espana. Sevilla is safe even at night, we had enjoyable walks."
