「The room is very small but clean. Since it's is a very old house with old wooden floor, you can hear people walking next door or in the hallway. When it happened at 4 AM, it's kind of annoying... They don't replace towels for you, you need to take your own old towels downstairs to exchange. In this case, room service is kind of pointless... 「This is a backpacker place not a hotel/motel. They don’t provide things where a normal hotel provides like towels, shampoos, conditioners, bath soap, etc. It’s a shared kitchen so you need to bring or cook your own food.
