“地點在山裡泥石路天氣不好時開車千萬要注意但小木屋非常溫馨主人非常友善天氣好時絕對是看極光的好地點小木屋有小廚房可簡單料理 It is a cozy, clean and small house with a small kitchen. Great spot to see Aurora if possible. The host is very friendly. Highly recommend. However, be careful to drive there if the weather is bad.”

“Incredible location right on the water with a beautiful view. Remote setting yet close enough to town to grab supplies. Perfect stop on our Ring Road adventure for a family of four. Sheep and horses were an added treat for the kids. Host was very friendly. Would definitely stay again.”

“Wonderful location just 45 minutes from Reykjavic. It is certainly out in the countryside, but it was nice and quiet. 20 mins to a grocery store and the kitchen was equipped enough for our breakfasts we made at home before heading out for the day. Very clean, and the hot tub was great. No issues whatsoever. ”

“Great spot! It is a bit small but for the three of us it worked fine. The only downside is there is no where to leave baggage except in the living room. The hot tub was great. The setting was beautiful. The host was great at communicating. Although directions to the location seemed complicated, they were easy to follow and we got thereThe first try. “Beautiful home in a beautiful location. The house is not large, but is very open and comfortable and our party of six enjoyed our stay very much. The beds and linens are very comfortable. We very much appreciated the detailed and thoughtful binder with recommendations for what to do nearby. The location allowed us easy access to both Reykjavík and Snæfellsnes Penninsula, and Borgarnes itself was charming and has many amenities. ”

“We had a total of 12 people in our group and this property setup was perfect. People ages 8 months to 65 years. Location was great for exploring Snaefellness but not too far away from Reykjavik to discourage golden circle activities. Road is pretty easy to find, don’t need 4x4 but take it slow. Need cell phone access for getting to the property. We got to see northern lights while there so that was nice. Absolutely recommend staying here”

“Nice cottage under the mountain. Easy access, about 1.5 hours from Keflavik Airport by car. Very good option for a stopover to west or north of Iceland.”
