“We enjoyed our stay and thought the place was very cute and cozy. The hot tub unfortunately wasn’t warming up because of the weather being too cold but it was still an enjoyable stay.”

“We rented this place for a small family gathering and extra places for family to stay. The owner was not hard to reach and the place was decently priced for what we needed. It has two bedroom and is in the better part of Hagerstown. The only thing I didn’t really like was the street parking but that is more of a personal pet peeve than anything else. For the price and being in one of the safer places in town I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.”

“Everything was as described in the listing. Very comfortable and well purposed. Great property for a couple that just needs a place to rest and not doing any heavy cooking! We were occupied all day long for three days with our family so this was a great location to return to in the evening, relax and watch a movie, shower and go to bed! Linens and towels are great quality and the kitchenette is perfect for snacks and continental breakfast or heating things up! Owners were very helpful checking……

We particular enjoyed the location, only a brief walk from the charming main strip, where we enjoyed meals and snowy walks. Made for a delightful weekend escape!”

“We found the apartment to be clean and comfortable. It has a nice soaking tub. The only reason we would probably not rent again is because of the cooking pots and pans. They should of been thrown away a long time ago. If you don't plan on cooking any meals including breakfast it would great place to stay.”

“The quaint apartment is cute and comfortable. However, a deep cleaning would help. There are no closets that can be used for hanging clothes. We made due and enjoyed what was. The beds were very comfortable and clean and the living room comfortable for tv viewing.”

Our contact was very helpful as the directions that were qiven to us on the app were on the opposite end of our street and the Canal was interesting to navigate to the address needed but Laura was so helpful and patient with us and made sure that we located it and were safe.”

Since I was cooking, the kitchen was very important. Grace’s kitchen is stocked with good quality dishes, pans and tools. This was our second stay at Chateau Ridge and it won’t be the last.”

“While the pictures online look great, they don’t do justice to how beautiful the property really is. The cabin was immaculate and the little touches from the chocolate kisses, to the his and her place settings at the counter, to the quiet romantic music playing on the tv was fantastic. With Cumberland only being 15 mins away there are plenty of activity and dinning options to suit all tastes. My wife and I already looking to plan a return visit later this year. “We really enjoyed our stay at this little house! We came from different areas to hang out, relax and catch up in person. Scott and Margie could not have been better hosts! They were so gracious about letting us borrow a crockpot when I realized I had forgotten mine. The best part was an evening by the fire pit down at the river. Magical.”
