“For the price, this property does not offer any good amenities. You have to go to the front desk for blow dryers. They do not offer daily cleaning service. Our room key didn’t work for the first three tries, as the front desk lady laughed and tried to re-key it, saying she couldn’t remember which room to key it to.”

“Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Coffee maker and microwave in the room would be nice. The walls aren't sound proof, could hear the room next to us snoring like they were in the room”

“The hotel was quite nice, but the front desk people need to be better trained or their booking system needs to be upgraded. When my friend and I checked in, they got her all checked in and gave her keys that didn't work. They checked me in and when I got to my room, there was already someone else in that room. (This also happened to another couple who checked in right before us as I heard them talking about the same thing). They checked me into another room which was fine. I asked the front desk……

“false advertising, looks like the pizza oven is in your room for use, nope theirs to make and sell you a pizza. Swimming pool, forget it, it's not attached and closes at 7pm0- it's a community one -they don't let you know this till your there. Finding you have to read all fine print then call the property to verify the amenities are what you think they are.”
