“We had a wonderful stay at Gomez’s place. This place is a hidden gem and a quiet sanctuary away from the busy city. He and his staff were welcoming and very helpful, especially with helping us connect with the airline after losing our bags. He also set up a driver for us to our next location at a good price. "The staff need to be re-trained. House keeping was inconsistent - four towels, then two. Six waters, then none. Laundry had to be chased. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were appalling. Cutting in front all the time when walking, standing in groups talking whilst we were trying to open doors. Being told to move tables! Unhelpful at best. This is not a five star experience. Not even close."
