「Every thing is good except the shuttle are way too crowded and wait hours to get back to hotel thru shuttle. We had to do the taxi all the time. 」

「There was a spot of fecal matter on the bidet hose nozzle, our room key cards stopped working twice and the fire exit was blocked at the bottom of the stairwell. Otherwise it was a great stay overall」

「I love this Hotel: free shuttle bus around the hour to the Haram, breakfast buffet was decent. rooms are spacious, bed is comfy, A/C worked perfectly. The hotel is located in a very nice area near a lot of shopping centers for gifts, groceries, convenient stores, pharmacies and eatery places, in addition the infamous Ar Romansiyah Restaurant right across from the hotel. this is my second stay at this location. and the only comments/suggestions for improvement i can make to hotel management is:...
