「The hotel is split between tower 1& 2 and on day 2 they cancelled breakfast in tower 2 so tower 2 was chaotic fir a fee days squeezing everyone in 1 restaurant. Besides that it was very nice staff were apologetic and helpful 」

「Upon arrival, we were informed that our reservation was not recorded on their system despite presenting physical evidence.
I was in state of Ihram and remained composed to proceed with our Umrah.
Upon arrival approximately four hours later, no confirmation of our reservation was received. We contacted Expedia who subsequently sent an email to the manager. We finally arrived at our room around 5:30 pm.
Awful experience which ruined it for entire stay at the hotel. Will never be staying here...
