"Very engaging staff and nice and clean. The on-site onsen was heavenly. They were helpful in suggesting local spots - they took time to do little extras, such as teaching me calligraphy. The breakfasts were phenomenal- they worked with my fish allergy and presented a delightful montage of local foods. When I left my hoodie there on check out, they folded it nicely and quickly forwarded it to my next location."

"食事は美味しく、館内も静かで、大浴場やラウンジも混雑することなく、とてもゆっくり過ごせました。はじめに予約した部屋が電子タバコ可(予約画面に表記無しだった)との事で、変更した部屋にお風呂が無かったのは残念でした。部屋のトイレの引き戸の動きが悪く、ガタガタとうるさい点は直していただきたいと思います。ラウンジのワインやお風呂上がりのアイスやビールは大変ありがたいです。各ツアーもとても楽しめました。食事は「量より質」の少なめコースがあると嬉しいです。またぜひ伺いたいお宿でした。"

The team delivered a warm, attentive welcome that set the tone for the entire visit. Throughout my stay, the staff remained exceptionally professional, accommodating, and detail-oriented. The accommodations exceeded expectations. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained, with bedding that was remarkably comfortable and made for a truly restful stay. Beyond the room, the hotel’s amenities and wellness facilities are top-tier. Breakfast each morning was excellent, offering high-quality selections that were consistently fresh and well-prepared. Every detail of the property reflects thoughtful design and genuine care for the guest experience. SORANO HOTEL delivers a seamless, high-caliber experience that I cannot recommend highly enough. "Wonderful hotel - great location - easy train and airport transportation. 5 min walk to the OM and TY lines with quick access to anywhere in Tokyo. Surrounding walking neighborhood is great with plenty of stores and restaurants. Hotel staff is great and super helpful. Hotel property is also beautiful and perfectly maintained!"

"This hotel is a gem. It's in an out-of-the way, cool neighborhood of Tokyo with a nice mix of tourists and locals but extremely accessible to the rest of the city by the unbelievable Tokyo metro system. My only complaint is that the double room we stayed in had little room to move around so suitcase management was an issue. There might be bigger rooms but ours was tight squeeze. Otherwise, highly recommended."
