Transparency 🚗 Prime Location: We are located right at a main intersection. This gives you instant access to main roads, but please be aware this brings some road noise during peak traffic hours.



Please note that the second floor tends to be naturally warmer than the main level. For your comfort, we have provided fans in both upstairs bedrooms



🅿️ Strict Parking Policy:



Capacity: Maximum 4 cars allowed.



Layout: Park 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars strictly on the paved driveway in front of the garage.



Note: Please do not drive, park, or walk on the neighbor's grass (the property line is tight!).
