「Never received check in information and no response from messages or phone calls. Tried multiple times and in every way we could to contact the host and VRBO. Ended up in a nearby hotel for the night since there was no response. Very disappointed to say the least and I expect a full refund!!!!」

「We had a fantastic stay at this cottage on the Sparkling Ponds winery grounds. We were right across the street from Lake Erie and only 5 minutes from a public beach. The cottage was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, the water pressure was good, and the kitchen was well stocked. Our dog loved walking the grounds back to a pond on the property, and the winery staff were all friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again if we come back to the area! 」

「Property was cleanest short term rental I have ever stayed at. Eveything worked as it should. Beautiful view of Chautauqua Lake. Not a good bedroom for tall people with the slanted roof. We had an issue with the internet, but the owner had it fixed within 15 minutes and we had no further issues. We would stay here again.」
