Beds are comfortable & they even suppy nice sound machines which we really enjoyed. Hosts are very friendly & kept in contact to make sure everything went smoothly. “We were visiting Indianapolis to attend the Indy 500 including the qualifying. The location is very convenient for both IMS and downtown. The property was ideal for our group of 4. The veranda at the front is a really nice feature overlooking the park. It was a great place to sit in the evening with the sun behind the house. We loved the supply of ground coffee. Not something we usually find in UK or European properties. We would certainly look to book here again if we come back to Indianapolis.”

“For such a cheap price, my expectations were not high. But, the place was nice inside. It’s not like the picture shows but still nice. There wasnt any water or chips for us like the picture shows. There wasnt any shampoo or bar soup. But there was hand soup. So definitely bring your own supplies. Bring your own cutlery. They were on top of the blinds being broken at the front door, which was nice. You can hear everyone outside. Someone lives above this unit, so you will hear them. You do have……

“The house is comfortable for our family of four to stay in. My 17+ years old kids each has a room of his/her own upstairs so they can have privacy. My husband and I stayed downstairs. We did not need to buy _anything_ for our stay, unlike our previous stays in other places. Location is very short drive to downtown. Restaurants and coffee places is less than 10 minutes drive away.”

“Location was great with a good neighborhood. House was not clean and a lot of leftover stuff from previous tenants. Lawn was in desperate need of being mowed. Dealing with property management was a nightmare prior to stay. We got moved to different dates without our permission, added charges later, and asked if another family could stay towards end of our stay whom we did not know. Very unprofessional. No refunds whatsoever just so you know once you book property.”
