「Good」

「The staff is helpful and reception runs 24/7. The airport shuttle is easy to access and runs throughout the day and night, the accommodation is 10 mins drive away from the airport.」

「PREFECT」

「The hotel is a bit run down, rooms are average. Staffs are super friendly.」

「Inner facilities: Very comfortable to stay with adequate equipments and space for a family. Location is convenient with walking distance to Preston market and station.」

「the room is clean and spacious, lots of parking in the hotel」

「客房清潔和職員十分有善，洒店地方位置容易找到，早餐美味。」

「員工好helpful，不過間房太暗， 只得一個垃圾桶」

「The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room.」

「The location of the hotel was not really that convenient unless you wanted to be in the South Quay area. We arrived after mid night and the area airing the hotel was very quiet and next to a large flyover. The hotel staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. I didn’t particularly like the industrial vibe of the hotel but each to their own!!」

「The hotel is conveniently located, with a tram station just right in front of the main entrance. Lots of dining choices within 5 minutes walking distance. The overall maintenance of the premises is good, the high-speed WiFi service is unbeatable. The only two complaints are perhaps the (a bit) unstable supply of hot shower water, and the reading light in the master bed room couldn’t be fixed due to lack of spare parts. But in sum, a nice stay with friendly front desk and housekeeping staff.」

「It’s a new hotel and rooms were clean. Convenient location within Melbourne shopping precinct. Stayed on 7th floor corner room therefore some street noise could be heard. Only issue is where the TV was placed in an odd location in the middle at the end of the bed which was a safety hazard as you can hit your head against it. Tram stop is just right in front at Elizabeth street.」
