They customer service was great. My heater/air machine wasn’t working and they sent someone right away fixed it. House keeping stopped by early evening seeing if I need anything I was gone during the day. and I needed towles. All the fake grass around the hotel was nice. Had doggie bags available on poles. Metal ash trays on the hallways walls nice. This motel 6 I kid you not had the most comfortable bed at any motel 6 I’ve ever stayed at and there been a lot. It was even more comfortable than most the expensive hotels I’ve stayed at. Two thumbs way up

The room was clean, staffs very honest, I left my wallet on the counter to check out my room, came back after 15 minutes, wallet still on the counter with money n cards untouched. 5 stars for front desk check in staffs.

I truly thought the staff was very kind even the management until I made a review on the walls being paper thin, and I was able to hear the nieghbor having very agressive sex. It was not the nieghbors fault the walls are thin. However, my issue is the manager felt the need to come to me regarding my review of the property saying , "please come to management first before making the review". (Backstory I had cancer so I have chemo brain). When she approached me regarding my review, I didn't remember but I did remember calling the office at 3 in the morning about the disturbance. Which means I did reach out before I made my review. Now when I was trying to explain to her about my memory, this woman was so dismissive and she cut me off and acted like she had something more important to do. Before I left that office I told her, her actions deserve a one star. I am a paying customer well with in my right to express myself as long as I am not disrespectful or belligerent. And when paying money I expect EXCELLENT customer service and from this manager, her actions /alone is causing another another one star review. Housekeeping was kind and professional, the desk people were kind and attentive and even maintainance was kind. THIS MANAGER AND HER ACTIONS ALONE cause this property 2 1 star reviews. Now I do not know this lady's name HOWEVER it was NOT the manager named Diane. It was the other female manager that worked on12/29/25 at 11:30 AM.

I wasn’t happy when we got there. What did make me happy is the phone call confirmation. What DIDN’T make me happy is that you tried to run my card at 6pm despite me selecting the pay at the property option. Don’t give people the option to pay at the property if you’re planning on charging them. Especially if you plan to cancel reservations. Many people like me use a card to book things and pay with a different card on arrival. The fact that this was even a thing is DECEPTIVE. I appreciated the little 24 hour snack lounge. Now the room… the walls were really dirty. The beds were fine but you guys really should clean the walls. It was kinda gross. Overall, it was Motel 6. It suited our needs. I won’t be staying at this location ever again though - because of the card situation. Don’t be deceptive.

We stayed here for six days, from December 23 to December 29, 2025. Compared to the photos, the reality is only about 70% similar. The worst issue was the lack of internet. The internet was extremely weak and basically unusable, even for opening Facebook. I spoke to the front desk twice, but the internet still did not work at all. I stayed in room 102. The internet only worked in the bathroom area early in the morning or late at night. At other times, it did not work at all. I had to spend extra money to buy mobile data. The hotel is located close to the highway, so it is quite noisy. There was no daily room cleaning service. We had to clean the room ourselves.

There was some strung out dude smoking cigarettes right next to my door and he or his partner had the yappiest little dog which just barked angrily and would not stop. I left after maybe 20 minutes knowing I couldn’t stay there. Motel 6 still charged me for one entire night despite how many vacancies they had. Also bright lights all around the property would’ve made sleeping difficult on top of so the three drugged out people I encountered.
